Karlsborg Parish is beautifully situated between Tiveden and Vättern in the northeastern part of the Skara diocese, encompassing the congregations of Brevik, Mölltorp, Karlsborg, and Undenäs. The parishes cover Karlsborg Municipality with approximately 7000 inhabitants and 4,200 members of the Church of Sweden.

The parish has a good economy and hosts a vibrant cultural community with its 8 churches. The work team consists of 25 employees.

The Church of Sweden in Karlsborg aims to be an open folk church and a place for Christian faith for all ages.

In our parishes, there is a diverse worship life, many children's groups, rich choir activities, creative staff, engaged elected representatives, and volunteers.

We are now looking for an assistant pastor who, in addition to general pastoral duties,

wants to engage in teaching for all ages.

You will be part of a team with children's and confirmation leaders and will focus on the parish's children's and family activities as well as confirmation work.

We are looking for someone who:

- has an easy time gathering, leading, and developing groups,

- has organizational and administrative skills,

- wants to develop worship services and provide theological inspiration in parish life,

- is well-grounded in the teachings of the Church of Sweden.

The position encompasses the entire parish.

Start date as soon as possible or by agreement.

A valid driver's license and access to a personal vehicle are required for the position.
